Vineet Relia is an entrepreneur, crisis management expert, TEDx speaker, and interim CXO with over two decades of experience helping businesses navigate complex challenges and transformations. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Inojo Interim Management, he works with organisations during moments that demand decisive leadership, operational clarity, and crisis execution.
Having witnessed the unseen realities behind corporate success: the difficult decisions, uncertainty, and challenges that rarely make it to the headlines, Vineet wrote Relax, It's Only a Raid to bring those stories to life. Through his experiences, he offers a rare perspective on what happens when businesses face their toughest moments and what it takes to emerge stronger.
